Church from backPlanning an Event?

Great!  We love to make our facilities available but we need to schedule events in advance so we can be prepared and coordinate each activity with our church events calendar.

For Community Meetings/Events

Please use the “Email Facility Request” at the bottom to submit your event, date, and times.  Sarah will receive your request and will get back with you on the availability and any cost.  You may also call the church office (765-564-3791) and speak directly with Sarah.  Please note, Delphi UMC ministry events take precedence over all other events.  Also, no outside parties, events, or meetings will be scheduled if the church is closed due to a holiday.
 
 
Feel free to download and submit our official Facility Use Form (PDF or download it as a Word Document).  Once you download the Facility Use Form (PDF), you can fill it out and upload it via the “Email Facility Request” to the right.  No event is guaranteed until the “Facility Use Form” is filled out and submitted to our office and any fee (if applicable) is paid.

Please contact Sarah (765-564-3791 or scross@delphiumc.org).  She is our Church Wedding Coordinator and can answer your questions about using our church for your wedding ceremony.  You can also download our Wedding Booklet which contains basic information.  Please note, we will not reserve a wedding date more than one (1) year in advance on the church calendar.
 

For other Facility Use Information

Download our “Facilities Use Form” (then email it via the “Email Facility Request” at the bottom or drop it by the church during our office hours).  Sarah will answer your facility request with our availability.  All requests must be received at least three (3) weeks prior to the event.
