Senior Pastor: Todd Ladd
Todd has served in Delphi since 2001. Since his arrival, the church has experienced growth once again. One of Todd's greatest gifts is leadership, and he has put tremendous effort in leading our church through a process of growth and seeing the need for a new building for ministry. The staff likes to call him, "Pastor Process" because he painstakingly goes through details with everyone so that no one will be left behind. Todd does not want God's vision for the church to be carried by a few but by all who attend Delphi UMC.
Todd has a lovely wife, Rhonda, and 3 children ages 8, 6, and 4.

Pastor of Outreach & Connection: Sheri Rohrer
Sheri has lived in Delphi for over 10 years, and she served as a solo pastor in Clinton County before joining our staff on a part-time basis in 2007. She is gifted in connecting with new people in our church and helping them to find "their place". She loves to talk with and to counsel with people. She also loves to find ways to reach others with the love of Jesus. If you visit our church, Sheri will most likely be one of the first people that you meet!
Sheri has a wonderful husband, Robert, who is very active in the ministries of the church. Together they have 3 children ages 17, 12, and 10.

Director of Youth: Micah Hudson
Micah served in Clinton County as a solo pastor for 6 years before joining the staff full-time at Delphi in 2006. Micah loves to laugh and loves to serve the youth of the church. Micah also loves to work on videos for youth and the website for the church in his spare moments. Micah really enjoys music and plays acoustic guitar and bass. He also teaches some of the youth to play.
Micah has a beautiful wife, Jennifer, who also serves as the part-time Children's Director. Together they have 3 children ages 9, 7, and 5.

Administrative Assistant: Kim Aldrich
Kim has lived in Delphi for over 15 years and has served at Delphi since 2005. Kim is the hub of the office! She is gifted at tasks like finances, budget, flyers, etc. She crafts the newsletter for us each month and helps out on the website in her spare time. She also loves to help in the church in anyway and can be seen some Sundays singing on the praise team.
Kim is married to Rob, and she has 3 kids ages 16, 13, and 8.

Director of Children's Outreach
Nina is a lifelong Delphi native with many years of experience working with children. She has served at Delphi UMC since 2000. One of her greatest gifts is crafting experiences for children to understand and to know Jesus for themselves through Kid's Club, Vacation Bible School, Father/Daughter Dance, Fall Carnival, etc. She currently helps part time as she also works as a teacher's aid for one of DCES First grade classes.
Nina is married to Randy, and they have 3 grown daughters, youngest 2 still in college and 1 girl recently married in 2009.

Director of Music: Gerry Steinacker
Gerry lives in Winamac, yet has served as the Music Director here since 2001. Gerry is gifted in crafting and leading worship for both our traditional and contemporary services. Gerry directs the adult choir which sings often in first service and the praise team which leads during second service. Gerry also loves to create special music performances on holidays of special times of the year that are very memorable. You may contact Gerry here.
Gerry is married to Margaret, who also serves on staff as organist and choir accompanist. They have 2 grown sons who are married and families of their own.
Parish Nurse: Connie Hughes
Connie is a life-long resident of Delphi and attender of Delphi UMC. She has served as Parish Nurse since 2001 and helps with hospital visitations, prayer ministry, and congregational care. She has 2 volunteers who help her. Tthey love helping people in the church. To the staff, we call her "mom". She takes care of us and wants us to be healthy!

Organist: Margaret Steinacker
Margaret helps in many ways, but especially with music and is married to Gerry (above). Margaret is gifted in piano, singing, writing and prayer.
Director of Children's Ministry: Jennifer Hudson
Jennifer is married to Micah (above) and has served part-time as the Children's Director since Jan. 2008. She loves overseeing the curriculum, staffing, etc. involved with the Children's ministry on Sunday mornings, through Sunday School (10am), Children's Church (each service), and Nursery. Office Secretary & Nursery Assistant: Jessica Spangler
Jessica has served with us since the summer of 2008. She is our main receptionist who greets people who come to the office and answers the phones from 9am to 2:30pm. She does a great job putting together the bulletin each week and helping us keep in contact with members of the church! She also has served as the nursery assistant since 2007.

Organist: Mary Wesner
Mary has played organ in our Traditional service for many years. She also sings in the choir and does a great job with music in our church.
She is married to Don, who was the former volunteer music leader of our church.
Custodian (All around Handy Man): Russ Knowles
Russ has served at Delphi UMC for over 15 years! He is our longest serving staff member who is committed to helping all aspects of our church run like clockwork. Russ is the backbone of the "behind the scenes" stuff, and we appreciate everything that he does! (His wife is Jo.)
Nursery Coordinator: Jana Anderson
Jana has served at Delphi UMC since 2007. She grew up in this area and is married to Aaron. They have one young daughter.
