Senior Pastor: Todd Ladd

Todd has served in Delphi since 2001.  Since his arrival, the church has experienced growth once again.  One of Todd's greatest gifts is leadership, and he has put tremendous effort in leading our church through a process of growth and seeing the need for a new building for ministry.  The staff likes to call him, "Pastor Process" because he painstakingly goes through details with everyone so that no one will be left behind.  Todd does not want God's vision for the church to be carried by a few but by all who attend Delphi UMC.

Pastor of Outreach & Connection: Sheri Rohrer

Sheri is an Ordained United Methodist pastor.  She served as a solo pastor in Clinton County for 7 years before joining our staff on a part-time basis in 2007.  She is gifted in connecting with new people in our church and helping them to find "their place".  She loves to talk with and to counsel with people.  She also loves to find ways to reach others with the love of Jesus.  If you visit our church, Sheri will most likely be one of the first people that you meet!

Director of Youth: Micah Hudson

Micah served in Clinton County as a solo pastor for 6 years before joining the staff full-time at Delphi in 2006.  Micah loves to laugh and loves to serve the youth of the church.  Micah also loves to work on videos for youth and the website for the church in his spare moments.  Micah really enjoys music and plays acoustic guitar and bass. He also teaches some of the youth to play.

Micah has a beautiful wife, Jennifer, who also serves as the part-time Children's Director.  Together they have 3 children.

  Administrative Assistant: Cathy Turner

  Cathy grew up in Carroll County.  She is very   involved   in many areas of ministry within the church and was hired to staff in August 2011.  She is married to Michael and has 3 children, 2 grown daughters and 1 son.

Director of Children's Outreach: Nina German

Nina and her Family have been attending Delphi UMC since 1993, and she has served at Delphi UMC since 2000. One of her greatest gifts is crafting experiences for children to understand and know Jesus for themselves. In her position she provides opportunities for children and their families to get connected and build friendships within the church and outside the walls of our church. Most importantly she provides avenues for new families to enter and feel welcomed and connected while having programs to teach children the importance of knowing Christ as their savior in a personal way. Some of these programs include Fall Carnival, Advent Angels, Father/Daughter Dance and Vacation Bible School.

  Director of Music: Becky Clouse

  Becky has been Director of Music and Worship Arts since November 2010.  She comes to us from Goshen, IN where her and her husband, Steve, spent many years in music ministry together.  She has many musical gifts and she has already contributed many of her own touches to our worship services.  You may contact Becky here.

Parish Nurse: Connie Hughes

Connie has been an active member of Delphi UMC since 1962 and served in the role of Parish Nurse since 2002 after retiring from her active hospital practice for 20 years as manager of Ambulatory Care unit in Monticello, IN.  There are 2 other volunteer Parish Nurses at DUMC who help her care for the congregation in many ways----physically, emotionally and spiritually.  She has taken on the role of “Mom” to the staff as she cares for and oversees keeping all healthy.

Another passion of Connie is prayer.  She organized this ministry of prayer   and been the co-ordinator for it since 1973 at DUMC.

Director of Children's Ministry: Jen Hudson

Since January 2008, Jen has served as the Children's Ministry Director.  She enjoys finding great volunteers who are gifted at carrying out the weekly children's ministries, and putting Christ-centered, relevant, and FUN curriculum into their hands to share with our children.   In conjunction with the Children's Ministry Team, her areas include oversight to the Sunday School, Children's Church, children's choirs, nurseries and the children's camping ministries.

Office Secretary & Nursery Assistant: Jessica Spangler

Jessica has served with us since the summer of 2008.  She is our main receptionist who greets people who come to the office and answers the phones.  She also has served as the nursery assistant since 2007.

  Adult Discipleship Coordinator: Sheila Wilimitis

  Sheila has served with this church for many years; previously as the Youth Director from 2000 to 2006, and now working with Adult Discipleship since January 2011.  She is a gifted communicator and teacher.  She has spent many hours helping to redefine our church's purpose and vision for Sunday School and Small Groups.

Bookkeeper: Kathy Justice

Kathy joined the staff in June 2011.  She takes care of the finances for the church on a part time basis.

Organist: Mary Wesner

Mary has played organ in our Traditional service for many years.  She also sings in the choir and does a great job with music in our church.

She is married to Don, who was formerly on staff as the Choir Director of our church.

 

 

 

 Custodian (All around Handy Man): Russ Knowles

Russ has served at Delphi UMC for over 15 years!  He is our longest serving staff member who is committed to helping all aspects of our church run like clockwork.  Russ is the backbone of the "behind the scenes" stuff, and we appreciate everything that he does!  (His wife is Jo.)

 

 

 

 

Nursery Coordinator:  Jana Anderson

Jana has served at Delphi UMC since 2007.  She grew up in this area and is married to Aaron.  She has 2 preschoolers.
